Saifee Hospital is proud to present its annual breast cancer awareness marathon, "Stride with Strength to Beat Breast Cancer.” Our goal is to raise awareness about breast cancer and provide access to treatment for those affected by this disease. Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in Tanzania, and many people lack the necessary resources for treatment. By participating in this marathon, you can contribute to a vital cause and make a positive impact on the lives of those affected.
